Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for children with communication disorders.
- Provide therapy for conditions such as fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.
- Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience.
