Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will deliver speech therapy services to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to address a variety of communication disorders and developmental needs. This role provides the opportunity to help children thrive in a clinic-based setting, working closely with families to support treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for children with communication disorders.
- Provide services for fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.
- Work closely with families to support treatment goals and educate them on therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $53.50 - $62.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- License: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
