Millbrook is looking for dedicated Speech Language Pathologists for a new and exciting opportunity in Mohave Valley, AZ!

To be considered for this position, a candidate must have the following:

• Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) required, CCC, CFY supervision available.
• Current Arizona Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist License
• AZ Dept. of Education Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
• IVP Fingerprints Clearance Card
• FERPA Certification
• Ability to meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen & Physical).
• Driver's License, Valid Insurance, and Personal Transportation for job related travel
