Position Highlights:

Qualifications:
- Degree: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
- Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion.
- Skillset: Expertise in early intervention, speech-language development, and swallowing disorders.
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced SLPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
- Provide therapy for conditions such as speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, fine/gross motor delays, and sensory disorders.
- Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
