Our client near Schuyler, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time permanent CMSW/LCSW or LMPH/LIMHP to join their Mental Health Team. Interested candidates must have their master's degree in counseling, mental health. This is a M-F 8am-5pm position in the outpatient clinic setting.

Our client near Schuyler, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time permanent CMSW/LCSW or LMPH/LIMHP to join their Mental Health Team. Interested candidates must have their master's degree in counseling, mental health. This is a M-F 8am-5pm position in the outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities of the CMSW/LCSW or LMPH/LIMHP:

• Provide direct mental health services to patients who are diagnosed with mental/behavioral illnesses in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Will work collaboratively with the Psychiatrist to provide evidence based mental health services. Including but not limited to evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions,
  and documentation.
• Initiate appropriate referrals for health care, social service program, and community resources to meet the identified needs of the patient and family.

Requirements of the Mental Health Professional:

• CMSW/LCSW or LMPH/LIMHP
• Master's degree in counseling, mental health.
• This is a M-F 8am-5pm position in the outpatient clinic setting.
