Full-Time LCSW (Outpatient)
ILLINOIS

Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 4 clinical days, 1 admin day (remote)
- Desirable Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic, individual therapy

Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package: $80k-$90k salary + up to $10k sign-on/relo.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package

- Student Loan Repayment/Education Assistance: $8k per year
- CME allowance: $2500 CME allowance
- Retirement: 4% 401k match
- PTO: accrue approx. 5.5 hours per pay period ~ 17 days per year.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: must have or willing to get IL LCSW
- Open to all experience levels but must be able to work independently.
- Skillset: must be comfortable working with patients of all ages.
