Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Oregon Coast
Position Highlights:
- Newly Revamped FQHC Clinic w/ HPSA Score: 17
- Retirement with 6% employer match
- Patient load: up to 4 follow-ups/day and multiple warm handoff visits
- Seeking a solution forward and adaptable Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant.
- Excellent team support including physicians, medical assistants, social workers, patient navigators, 3 behavioral health consultants, and 14 therapists.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $77K - $94K annually (commensurate with experience)
- $10K Sign On Bonus + Up to $5K Relocation
- Up to $100K Student Loan Repayment Package
- 4.5 weeks PTO annually + 7 paid holidays
- Up to $2K CME allowance

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field qualifying as a QMHP.
- Credentials: Eligibility for MHACBO registration or an unrestricted Oregon license (LCSW, CSWA, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.).
- Training: Non-violent Crisis Intervention training within 6 months of hire; First Aid or BLS preferred.
- Mental health care experience with low-income populations preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, with additional compensation offered.
- 3+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
- Self-starter, easy to get along with / collaborative / works well with Staff
- Strong & Proactive Communicator
- Good relationship-building skills
