• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on current research and advances in the field, participating in ongoing professional development activities, including supervised training and continuing education

Skills Required for the Behavioral Health Consultant Opportunity:

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Licensure in the state of Indiana or eligible to obtain
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
• Solid knowledge and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills to create individualized treatment plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and collaborate with treatment teams
• Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and their families
