Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide mental health counseling and support for individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting.
- Assessment & Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Supportive Counseling: Offer therapeutic services for a variety of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in New Hampshire or ability to obtain.
- Experience: Previous experience in providing therapy and counseling services in an outpatient setting preferred, but new grads will be considered.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others achieve mental wellness.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but not required.
