Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans to support individuals, families, and groups in achieving optimal mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community or outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
