Inpatient Respiratory Therapist
Western Colorado
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a stable, full-time schedule with 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6:30 AM), working three shifts per week with alternating weekends. No on-call requirement.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $31.92 - $46.13 per hour (non-exempt position).
- Shift Differentials: $4.00/hour for night shifts and $3.00/hour for weekend shifts (Friday 6 PM - Monday 6 AM).
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid after 90 days with a two-year commitment).
- Relocation Assistance: $4,000 (paid on the first paycheck).

Qualifications
- Degree: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Colorado Respiratory Therapist License (RRT required).
- Certifications:
- BLS & ACLS (required upon hire)
- NRP (required upon hire)
- PALS (must be completed within 60 days of hire)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RRT experience required.
- Background in acute, emergency, or intensive care settings preferred.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
