Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) Skills Required:
- The qualified candidate should have a degree in Respiratory Therapy, be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and hold a valid respiratory therapist license in the state of North Carolina, or eligible to obtain.
- Experience working in critical care respiratory therapy is essential, with a strong ability to assess and treat patients of all age groups and illness severity levels. Knowledge of the principles of mechanical ventilation and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is a must. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
