Requirements:
• Current RCP license in California
• Completion of an associate degree from a respiratory therapy education program supported by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or equivalent
• CRT required, RRT preferred from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be completed by American Heart Association) and NRP
• At least one year previous experience in acute care neonatal hospital respiratory care, Neonatal-Pediatric Specialist (NPS)
• MAB certification required within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter.
