Job Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Tech:

  • Oversee the work of other ultrasound technicians, including providing training and support
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of ultrasound exams
  • Maintain the ultrasound equipment
  • Develop and implement new ultrasound procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ultrasound technology and practices

Minimum Job Requirements as the Lead Ultrasound Tech

  • Graduate of ARRT or ARDMS
  • Comfortable with all ages
  • Flexible with rotating weekend and holiday scheduling
