We are seeking a Radiologic Tech - CT to:
Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures utilizing a wide variety of radiographic equipment computers and detectors.
Set up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolation precautions when needed.
Troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs participate in QA and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
Floating:
Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler's assignment if the primary unit no longer has a need shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
Parking: Free parking onsite 63 hrs/ per two week pay-period (27 hours one week, 36 hours the other). Evenings, 9 hour shifts, 3 pm - midnight, 7 on/7 off schedule, Wednesday through Tuesday (7 days on/ 7 days off rotation). This includes every other weekend, some weekend call hours and holidays that fall within the rotation. May be assigned other shifts and/or days based on business needs.
Four month/16 week assignment.
Minimum Requirements: Facility Requirement:
Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison address must be included in traveler's profile.
Experience:
Minimum two years CT clinical imaging experience required. GE scanner experience highly preferred.
Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
Prior traveler experience highly preferred.
Licensure and Certification:
CT certification by appropriate body ARRT
Wisconsin Radiological License
BLS - issued by American Heart Association only
Needs 2 completed references from recent work assignments in the last two years supervisor or manager only.
