CT Technologist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join this dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
  • Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
  • Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related software.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
