Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist I to join our Computed Tomography (CT) team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in performing standard and specialty CT procedures with accuracy and efficiency. With a strong foundation in cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and CT physics, the CT Technologist I will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while upholding ethical standards and safety protocols.

With a strong foundation in cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and CT physics, the CT Technologist I will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while upholding ethical standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities of the Computed Tomography (CT) Tech:
- Perform standard and specialty Computed Tomography (CT) procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer ionizing radiation responsibly, ensuring patient safety and adherence to ALARA principles.
- Utilize knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and CT physics to produce high-quality images.
- Assist in identifying and resolving work process issues within the department to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
- Uphold the profession's code of ethics and maintain awareness of safety measures in the Environment of Care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety.
Minimum Qualifications of the Computed Tomography (CT) Tech:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. AND graduate of a formal program in Radiologic Technology OR a College Degree in Radiology (2-year or 4-year).
- California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT).
- ARRT Registered Technologist (RT-R) in Radiography.
- ARRT Registered Technologist (RT-CT) in Computed Tomography within 12 months of hire.
- Minimum of six (6) months of Computed Tomography experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Pediatric experience and bilingual skills preferred.
Other Details:
- Full-time, 80 hours per pay period.
- Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- $44.85 - $69.60/hr
