Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (negotiable).
- Call Pay: 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available for moving expenses.

Qualifications
- Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- Certifications: BLS required; APTA membership preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Skills: Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
