- Sign-on bonus/relocation/CME
- Outpatient Rehab Team: 8 Physical Therapist & 1- Occupational Therapist
- Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 2:30 PM (4x10 available)
- 45 mins. time slots (new/existing)
- Preferred experience: Orthopedic/hand/lymphedema
