Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and discharge planning.

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
