Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Columbia, NH. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing rehabilitation services and improving the quality of life for patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, skilled in patient care, and knowledgeable about the latest physical therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical abilities and create individualized therapy plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments.

• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to prevent re-injury and improve mobility.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and treat physical disabilities.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates may be considered.
