Pay: $84,000 - $105,000 / Annually
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full time, direct hire position
- Day shift schedule: (4)10 Hour shifts / weekly
- Flexible shift options
- Full Benefits package with PTO
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Performs evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharges that meet the current standards of the discipline of physical therapy and the hospital.
- Documents progress notes, physician communication, discharge notes for all patients seen
- Prepares and submits patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information
- Close-knit team of Therapists work with each other, Physical Therapist Assistants, administrative individuals, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, caring treatments
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or higher
- Current AZ Physical Therapist license and ability to obtain an NPI number
- BLS Certified
