Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist – Boynton Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-time • Days (No Weekends)

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic treatment of assigned patients in collaboration with physicians and the patient care team. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing therapy focused on goal achievement and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide treatment interventions within the established scope of practice.
  • Assess and develop care plans to support patients' functional and rehabilitative needs.
  • Deliver purposeful and skilled therapeutic care using evidence-based techniques.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and assistive devices.
  • Coordinate caseloads and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Florida Physical Therapist License – REQUIRED
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – Within 30 days of hire
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
