Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functionality. We are looking for someone skilled in outpatient therapy, passionate about patient care, and comfortable working with diverse cases.
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functionality. We are looking for someone skilled in outpatient therapy, passionate about patient care, and comfortable working with diverse cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for patients
- Employ evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and functional strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey
- Outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
