Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson, AZ, from 09/23/2024 to 12/21/2024. This role offers a competitive pay rate between $45 and $50 per hour. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Tucson, AZ.
- Proficient in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently within the specified job duration from 09/23/2024 to 12/21/2024.
