Location: Davis/Woodland, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), no call
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic in Davis or Woodland, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive rehabilitative services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
- Implement and monitor effective physical therapy interventions to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.
- Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to facilitate the recovery and rehabilitation process.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist License.
- Preferred certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
