Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient therapy center, with additional opportunities in inpatient and home health settings. Enjoy flexibility in scheduling with options for a 4-day or 5-day workweek, and share weekend coverage rotation with the PT team for a balanced lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients across outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercise routines, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education to ensure best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current or eligible licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $86,200 - $104,200 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

• Work-Life Balance: Choose between a flexible 4-day workweek (9-hour shifts) or a traditional 5-day workweek, with weekend coverage rotation approximately once every 4 to 6 weeks.
