About the Role: Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team. Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life through effective treatment plans and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Previous experience in an outpatient clinic is a plus.
