Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will assess residents' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring and improving patients' abilities in daily activities. Your work will play a crucial role in helping residents achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including adaptive equipment training and activity modifications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
- Educate residents and their families on strategies to support continued progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid OT license in [State].
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
