Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide hands-on care and help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals. You’ll perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assist with mobility training for a diverse group of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in the development and execution of personalized care plans to meet patients’ rehabilitation needs.
- Accurately document progress notes and report changes in patient condition.
- Promote independence and improve the quality of life for residents.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a supportive, respectful environment for patients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active PTA license in [State].
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
