Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of approximately $150,000 with additional quarterly incentive compensation based on actual receipts (28% of physician's services).
- Quarterly incentive pay ensures competitive earnings. If the receipts exceed the physician's salary, the difference is paid out.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Current and active Washington State Optometry License or eligibility for licensure in Washington State.
- Strong clinical skills, proficient in using advanced diagnostic equipment, and experience with a variety of patient needs.
- Experience: Previous optometry experience is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
