Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base Salary $150,000 - $165,000 + production on net revenue.
• Benefits Package: Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Holidays, PTO, and Association and Licensure dues covered.



Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Optometry license or able to obtain in practice state.
• Experience: Experienced optometrist and open to new graduates looking to start their career!
• Seeking a candidate with long-term goals and aspirations to give quality care to our loyal patients.
