Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $155,000 minimum base salary +unlimited monthly bonus potential (minimal total annual earnings $179,000 for baseline production)

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
• Licensure: Current CA Optometric License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Current DEA Certification
