Georgia Optometrist Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our growing practice. With over 70 years of service to the community, we are expanding and in need of a third Optometrist to continue our legacy of delivering high-quality eye care.

Practice Details:

• Private practice established in 1951 with a rich history of community service.
• 3,900 sq. ft. clinic, recently renovated in 2019, with six well-equipped exam lanes.
• Cutting-edge technology including Zeiss OCT/Photo, Humphrey VF, Oculus, and more.
• Strong team of providers, including 2 Optometrists supported by experienced OD techs, opticians, and office staff.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – no weekends!
• The Optometrist will see approximately 14 comprehensive patient exams per day.
• On-call duty is rotated every 3 months, with most calls resolved via phone.
• Care for patients of all ages, including pediatric care through the infantSEE program.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with eligibility for or current GA Optometry license.
• New grads welcome – must provide transcripts for review.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
• Commitment to maintaining the practice’s long-standing patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $150k-$160k, depending on experience. Up to $10k sign-on bonus,
• Student loan repayment starting after year two, up to $10k annually.
