Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care in a medical-surgical setting and will work closely with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide personalized patient care.
• Diagnose and manage various ocular conditions, collaborating closely with other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to ensure precise and accurate results.
• Benefit from the support of a dedicated scribe, allowing you to focus on patient care and minimize administrative tasks.
• Engage in patient education, helping them understand their eye health and treatment options.
• Participate in practice growth opportunities, including professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Current and valid optometry license in the state of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• US Work Authorization

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Guaranteed minimum earnings of $150,000 for the first two years.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates.
