Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with no weekends and no call.
  • Efficient Practice Model: Work alongside a skilled technician who handles all workups, refractions, diagnostic testing, and scribing, allowing you to focus on patient care.
  • Diverse Patient Base: Provide comprehensive eye care for both adults and children, including contact lenses, optical services, and ocular disease management.
  • Supportive Environment: Scribes are provided, and additional clinical support staff ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Minimum Earnings: $150,000 guaranteed minimum for the first two years!
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 18% production-based bonus potential.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
  • Relocation Assistance: $5,000.
  • Full Benefits Package: Includes health, dental, 401(k) profit share, life insurance.
  • Employer-Paid Malpractice Coverage.
  • License Renewal Reimbursement.
  • Annual CME Stipend (TBD).

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
  • Active optometry license (or eligibility) in Illinois.
  • Comfort seeing 20-30 patients per day.
  • Strong diagnostic and patient management skills.
  • Interest in comprehensive optometric care, including ocular disease management.
