Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility (SNF). If you’re passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients
  • Help implement treatment plans focused on improving patients' functional abilities
  • Guide patients through exercises and activities designed to enhance their daily living skills
  • Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team to adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques for maintaining and improving function
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications:

  • Valid COTA license in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
