Job Description
About the Role: Join Medadventures as a COTA in a vibrant Skilled Nursing Facility. Help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and therapeutic activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Guide residents through exercises and daily living activities.
- Provide encouragement and support to boost residents' progress.
- Document resident progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Experience in a SNF setting is a plus.
