Currently looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to fill a Home Health opening with a Hospital facility located around the Chico, California area. Interested candidates should have both, previous OT experience, and at least, a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, with a passion to work within a home health setting. Interested candidate should also have a valid CA OT license, or already have started the process of obtaining it. Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist (OT)

• The Occupational Therapist facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.
• Evaluates results of occupational therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommending and implementing adjustments and modifications.
• Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist (OT)

• The Home Health setting is open to graduates from an accredited Occupational Therapy programs with 1 year of Home Health experience
• Active, or eligible to obtain, California Occupational license
