Job Title: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Evening Shift (Weekends Only)
Location: Abington, MA
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team on the evening shift, weekends only. In this role, you will perform laboratory tests, analyze results, and assist in providing critical diagnostic information to healthcare providers. The position requires 32 hours per pay period and a commitment to working weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
- Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to support patient care
Qualifications:
- Current certification as an MT or MLT (ASCP or equivalent)
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening shifts
