Job Title: Lab Manager - CLS (ASCP) - Day Shift

Location: Bodfish, CA
Compensation: $141,000 - $200,000 annually (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Manage a team of lab staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain lab equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper maintenance schedules are met.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results.
• Monitor and report on lab performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure adherence to lab budgets and optimize resource management.

Qualifications:

• CLS (ASCP) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
