Job Description: As a Generalist Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of laboratory tests across multiple departments. Your work will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable results to support optimal patient care. You will be expected to prepare, process, and analyze patient samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and adhere to all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and assays accurately in multiple laboratory departments.
• Process and analyze patient samples efficiently, ensuring results are reported in a timely manner.
• Interpret test results, document findings, and communicate results to the medical team.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Comply with regulatory and accreditation standards while ensuring quality control in all laboratory processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification by ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) is required.
• Previous experience in a generalist laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Shift Available: We are currently hiring for Night Shift. Flexibility in scheduling may be required.
