Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Enterprise, AL
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) at a respected medical facility in Enterprise, AL. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other specimens
- Analyze results and ensure accuracy in testing
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic information
- Adhere to established protocols and ensure proper documentation
Qualifications:
- MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field (for MT) or Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology (for MLT)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
