We are excited to share a unique career opportunity with you! We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory Manager to join our Microbiology Lab in Boston, MA.
Position Summary: In this role, you will be instrumental in leading, managing, and ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards within our Pathology & Laboratory Medicine department and affiliated community health centers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing critical sub-specialty sections such as Blood Bank and Transfusion Services, Central Receiving Area, Chemistry, Hematology, and Phlebotomy. You will play a key role in maintaining standards that meet or exceed CAP, TJC, and other regulatory agencies’ requirements while upholding our RESPECT values.

- Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in microbiology
