NEW Permanent Lab Supervisor Opening – Southern Arizona

• Permanent full-time position
• Day shift, Mon-Fri
• Requirements
  • Must meet CLIA criteria for high complexity laboratory technical supervisor requirements. Possess before employment and maintain good standing in a national registry of ASCP (MT) or nationally recognized equivalent. Maintain valid CPR certification.
  • Meet the requirements of at least one of the following:
    • 1: A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college/university in biological science, chemistry, physical, or medical laboratory sciences AND at least 5 year of laboratory experience and training in a high complexity laboratory that includes all areas to be supervised; OR
    • 2: A master’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university in biological science, chemistry, physical, or medical laboratory sciences AND at least 2 year of laboratory experience and training in a high complexity laboratory that includes all areas to be supervised; OR
    • 3: A doctorate degree from a regionally accredited college/university in biological science, chemistry, physical, or medical laboratory sciences AND at least 1 year of laboratory experience and training in a high complexity laboratory that includes all areas to be supervised
• This position is located in rural southern Arizona near the Bisbee/Sierra Visa Arizona area. Situated only 2 hours from Tucson, AZ and just under 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ!
• This role is with an outstanding community hospital. They are a CLIA certified lab who uses the latest technology, most tests are conducted on-site with up-to-date, state-of-the-art instruments.
