Clinical Laboratory Supervisor - Northwestern Ohio - CLICK AND APPLY NOW!
Position Overview: Oversees day and evening shift technical operations. Manages personnel orientation, evaluation, and competency documentation. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and budgetary standards. Reviews test and quality control results, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Permanent and full-time position.
- Bachelors in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology or Physical Science; or equivalent exam is required.
- One (1) year of laboratory training from an accredited program is required if B.S. is not in Medical Technology.
- Four (4) years of laboratory testing in a high complexity environment is required. Six (6) years of laboratory testing in a high complexity environment is preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in developing, implementing and coordinating a Quality Improvement Program is preferred.
