The Laboratory Director is responsible for overseeing the entire laboratory operations at the hospital in addition to satellite offices and related services.

Would be responsible for budgeting, human resources management of the laboratory, employee engagement developing and implementing policies and procedures (including CAP, CLIA etc..), strategic planning etc..

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

Certification: ASCP or AMT Certification

Experience: 5 years of hospital based leadership experience. Previous Laboratory Manager or Director experience preferred.
