Responsibilities of the Blood Bank Lab Supervisor (MT) (MLT) (MLS) (CLS)

• Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
• Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.

Requirements of the Blood Bank Lab Supervisor (MT) (MLT) (MLS) (CLS)

• ASCP or equivalent certification required
• BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
• 2 years of experience as a Blood Bank Supervisor required
• Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
