Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager for the Medical Re-Entry Program. You will oversee the program to support individuals re-entering the community after incarceration. Master in Social Work (MSW) or Master in Science in Nursing (MSN) required. Peer Specialist certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field, including supervisory roles. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. $75-80K/year!

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager-Re-Entry Program:

  • Design and develop re-entry programs that address the specific needs of participants.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health to implement program strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor program outcomes and metrics and prepare regular reports for the Director of Behavioral Health.
  • Advocate for program participants and work to remove barriers to successful re-entry.
  • Manage program budget and resources effectively.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
  • Peer Specialist certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, including supervisory or management roles.
