Job Description
NEW Permanent Histotech Opening – Albany, New York
- Permanent full-time position
- In this role you are responsible for processing, embedding and staining tissue specimens in preparation for histopathological examination. This position requires the exercise of sound judgement and responsibility and works under the direct technical supervision of a senior histologist or technical specialist. This individual is responsible for keeping the surrounding area clean and organized.
- DAY Shift; 8:30a to 5pm M-F
- Requirements
- NYS lab license is required
- 1+ years of experience is preferred but not required
- ASCP certification is a plus!
- This position is located in the Albany, New York area with one of the best hospitals in the area!
