Responsibilities of the Radiologic/CT Technologist:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology and CT imaging procedures as per physician orders.
- Administer contrast medium safely and effectively, following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain radiologic and CT imaging equipment, ensuring peak performance.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, infection control standards, and hospital protocols.
Requirements of the Radiologic/CT Technologist:
- Computed Tomography (CT) experience required.
- ARRT (R) certification required.
- Degree in a related field (Radiologic Technology or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
